Executive Director

I’m Amy Oliveira, the proud new Executive Director of TreeTop Child Advocacy Center, having joined the team on September 18, 2023. With over four years of experience as a Probation Officer in the 5th Judicial District, I’ve dedicated my career to public safety and justice, particularly in supervising the Domestic Violence caseload, Recovery Court, and managing Interstate Compact cases. My passion for protecting and supporting our community’s children has led me to TreeTop, where I’m committed to making a difference in the lives of those who need us most.

Outside of work, I cherish my role as a wife and mother to two vibrant girls, ages 9 and 7, who both enjoy exploring the beauty of Breckenridge and beyond. Together with our adventurous pooch Miko, our family loves skiing, snowboarding, camping, and paddle boarding, and embracing all the outdoor activities our beautiful state has to offer.

Family Victim Advocate

With a background that spans over eight years within the 5th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Breckenridge, CO, Oba has a profound understanding of the challenges families face when navigating the legal and social services system. Her transition to TreeTop in August 2022 has allowed her to align her passion for community service with direct impact.

In her current role, Oba is the first point of contact for families coming to TreeTop, coordinating and scheduling Forensic Interviews, and providing a comforting presence from the first greeting through the intake process. Her hands-on approach and personalized attention ensure that every child and family receives the tailored support and resources they need for their healing journey. 

A New York native now fully embracing life in Summit County with her husband and three young children, Oba embodies the spirit of community and resilience.
